Event for Erasmus+ and WBAA promotion – ErasMOS-Days
On behalf of the WBAA coordinators, Anita Jurić, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Technology, and Nikolina Pandža, Assistant Professor at the Faculty. For Humanities and Social Sciences, University in Mostar, event for Erasmus+ and WBAA promotion – ErasMOS-Days was held on 31st October 2019 in EU info centre Mostar. The aim of the meeting was to inform about Erasmus + exchange program to potential participant and it’s possibilities and bring closer WBAA to those who have been on some exchange during studies i.e.alumni. Within that Inja Stojkić, head of IRO at University of Mostar, hold a presentation on how to properly write motivation letter when applying for an exchange program. Adrijana Filipović, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Technology, talked about Erasmus+ program, KA2 activities for ongoing project (2019-2022) Harmonization and innovation in PhD Study Programs for Plant Health in Sustainable Agriculture – HarISA and KA1 activities that started this year 2019 with Križevci College of Agriculture. She also mentioned the activities and projects that can be funded under Erasmus. Two “fresh” alumni students, Josipa Primorac and Marina Marić, shared their exchange experience, living and studying abroad over the last academic year. Anita Jurić held a presentation about Western Balkans Alumni Association, teams, projects and activities and the participants were more than interested in how to apply for membership and be part of WBAA. The official event was being brought to closure by Nikolina Pandža who gave the audience an insight about Erasmus+ projects and platforms like e-Twinning, EPALE for middle schools, high schools and young athletes in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the afternoon, organizers and participants visited Goranci, village near Mostar, for traditional lunch and sport activities.
