On the side of the participants we have DIVERSITY backgrounds, languages, career stages, employers, ambitions, expectations, ideas, plans - UNIFIED through the precious REGIONAL component of WBAA.
Trainer Sasa Petkovic had a very good background as Professor of Project Management on University of Banja Luka, Faculty of Economic and very big international background like a member of CARE organization in B&H.
The overall workshop impressions: HARDWORKING, condensed and heavy informational workflow - in line with the vibrant composition of the participating young intellectuals! All towards building bridges, co-creating value together, working out own project examples, coaching, making video tutorials and repository of materials for the virtual exchange and broader impact, CREATING EXAMPLE and evaluate your own project, made a full process from starting of idea, MAKING AN EXAMPLE trough the EVALUATION of the other project, on the end of the workshop
Achieving the main objective of this project i.e. having people in WBAA who know how to write, perform and presenting projects, requires education. The requisite critical mass can be gathered and harnessed using networking, e.g. as provided by this REGNET project. The little coordination at the WBAA level and the inherent difficulties since WBAA is at the start of its working hinder the progress of the number of written projects by WBAA members
This will result in a very enriching and effective cross-fertilization of ideas and strategies and will have a synergistic effect leading to the generation of know-how and innovative applications. WBAA members need to understand the expectations, goals and peculiarities of EU requests and these, in turn, need to comprehend the problems that people face in the realization of projects.
