Mobility Skills Workshop

The main goal of this Project was reached - strengthening capacities of participants to acquire mobility skills and skills that are highly required on job market and are transferable. Implemented online workshops for youth mobility and career skills (improvement of (self) employment in future) aimed at awareness-raising and information provision on Erasmus+ by alumni to participants, as well as developing participant’s capacities and self-confidence in applying for scholarship.

There was also developed Manual Youth Mobility Skills and Self-empowerment, in which are all the information from the trainings, so participants can get all the information later in career when needed.

Starting a new life role such as the first scholarship/mobility can stir deep feelings of anxiety, making a young person feel not good enough, without competencies and without enough experience. All this could lead to a drop in professional performance. This is why trough this Project (from 5.3. - 25.9.2023) there were Implemented workshops for youth mobility and career skills aimed at awareness-raising and information provision on Erasmus+ by alumni to participants, as well as developing participant’s capacities and self-confidence in applying for scholarship.

Delivered 6 workshops (in English language) divided in 2 modules: Information Provision on Erasmus+ (Researching Interests/Possibilities, Presentation Skills and Writing CV/Applications) and Raising Self-confidence (Mental Health and Self-confidence, Overcoming Stress and Communication Skills). The workshops was held by human resources professionals, and Erasmus+alumni also presented their experiences relevant to their mobility and the workshop topic, during every workshop for about 1 hour.
