Public Call: WBAA Communication Team Members

The Western Balkan Alumni Association (WBAA) is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join its Communication Team. This is an exciting opportunity for alumni who are passionate about communication, social media engagement, and increasing the visibility of WBAA's activities.
Role: Communication Team Member
Number of Positions: 3
One member will be appointed as the Head of the Communication Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media activities to enhance WBAA’s outreach and engagement.
- Create and manage content for WBAA’s social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), and the WBAA’s web page articles highlighting WBAA activities, events, and success stories.
- Coordinate with other WBAA Board Meeting and the Service provider communication team to effectively communicate key initiatives and updates.
- Contribute to monitor and analyse engagement metrics to optimise communication efforts together with the Service Provider.
- Foster interaction with the WBAA community and external stakeholders through digital channels.
- Participate on the WBAA events and local activities (when possible) to provide visibility materials such as photos, reels, videos, articles, posts etc.
- Attend the training provided by the WBAA and Service provider related to communication and visibility.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a WBAA member.
- Must have strong communication and writing skills in English.
- Must have experience with social media and content creation.
- Must have creativity and ability to develop engaging and impactful content.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Additional Responsibilities for the Head of the Communication Team:
- Lead and coordinate the work of the communication team members, including coordination with the Board Members and the Service Provider.
- Oversee the execution of the communication activities and ensure alignment with WBAA goals.
- Represent the team in meetings and liaise with other WBAA teams and stakeholders.
